This is an exciting time to join the company, as they have experienced significant growth over the past five years, with further expansion planned. Due to this continued success, this is a newly created role, offering excellent scope for learning, development, and genuine career progression across the wider business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Processing high volumes of purchase invoices accurately and in a timely manner
* Matching, batching, and coding invoices
* Supplier statement reconciliations
* Resolving queries with suppliers and internal departments
* Assisting with payment runs
* Supporting month-end processes as required
About You:
* Previous experience in an accounts payable or similar finance role
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Good communication skills and the ability to build relationships across teams
* A proactive and positive approach to work
* Experience using finance systems and Excel (desirable but not essential)
