Role Overview

As the Office Administrator, you will be at the heart of our operations, providing administrative support to our team, coordinating office procedures, and ensuring seamless day-to-day functioning. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the go-to person for all things office-related.

Key Responsibilities

* Administrative Support: Manage correspondence, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records.
* Document Control: Ensure all project and office documentation is up-to-date and properly filed.
* Office Management: Handle supplies, equipment maintenance, and overall office organization.
* Communication: Act as the first point of contact for clients, suppliers, and team members, ensuring professional and timely communication.
* Scheduling: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and project timelines.
* Finance Support: Assist with invoicing, payroll preparation, and expense tracking.

What We're Looking For

* Previous experience in administrative role within the construction or related industry.
* Previous experience dealing with subcontractors and clients.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a busy environment.
* Knowledge of construction processes or terminology is an advantage.
* A proactive, problem-solving attitude and team-oriented mindset.
