Are you ready to lead a large contract transition for one of our high profile clients? You'll take full ownership of the tender - from managing the supplier selection process to ensuring a seamless transition and mobilisation of a new or renewed contract. You'll be the key point of contact across the business, ensuring stakeholders are aligned and delivery stays on track.\n\nThis is an 18 month fixed term contract with flexible hybrid working, bonus scheme and very generous holiday allowance.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nLead the end-to-end tender and transition process\nDevelop and drive the delivery plan, ensuring timely completion\nManage supplier reviews, demonstrations, and selection\nOversee the mobilisation of the new supplier or contract terms\nAct as the key interface across IT, Legal, Finance, H&S, and Governance teams\nProvide regular project updates and reporting to stakeholders\nDrive contract implementation, compliance, and governance\nResolve complex contractual issues and identify opportunities for improvement\nDefine data and process requirements to support continuous improvementWhat We're Looking For:\n\nExperience in contract transitions, transformation, and commercial delivery\nIdeally a background within facilities management\nProven track record leading large-scale tenders and supplier transitions\nStrong stakeholder management and leadership across diverse teams\nExceptional project management and strategic planning skills\nExperience with complex, multi-workstream contract environmentsProject People is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy
