Essential: Prior experience teaching teaching Biology and/or Chemistry at KS5 or applications from strong ECTs or postgraduates would also be warmly considered. Full support would be provided for the ECT Induction.
Desired: Experience teaching at A level and a background in the independent sector would be a bonus; however, this is certainly not essential.
