What You’ll Be Doing...
As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our fiber-optic network operates seamlessly, keeping millions of customers connected. Your role will include:
* Connecting, disconnecting, testing, repairing, and maintaining both company and customer-provided equipment.
* Preparing for splicing, rearranging, and terminating cable conductors.
* Installing, repairing, and testing access lines for various types of equipment and technology.
* Safely operating trucks and equipment necessary for work operations.
* Reading and interpreting engineering plans and vendor specifications.
* Climbing ladders and poles, working aloft, and distinguishing wire and cable colors.
* Being flexible with your schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
What We’re Looking For...

You’ll Need to Have:
* A valid state driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
Even Better If You Have:
* A related Associate Degree or 2+ years of relevant experience.

Working Conditions
This is a worksite-based role, meaning you’ll be working onsite at defined locations. Expect to commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.

Your salary will vary based on your location and job-related skills and experience. For full-time roles, the weekly wage range is between $754.00 and $2,063.50.
