We are looking for a Senior Solutions Architect to join our growing Professional Services organization for EMEA. This is a remote role but candidates should be based in the U.K.,(preferrably London), or Spain. This role will report to our Director of Professional Services. Key Responsibilities: Implement Torq for our customers, ensuring a high quality of customer experience. Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining strong relationships. Provide technical guidance and expertise to the professional services team and clients. Understand customer needs and requirements, providing tailored solutions to meet their cybersecurity and automation objectives. Conduct regular status meetings and progress reviews with clients, ensuring transparency and effective communication. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring proactive problem-solving. Support the sales team in scoping and proposing professional services engagements. Contribute to the development of new service offerings and enhancements to existing services. Enable our partners to deliver services by providing them with the necessary training, resources, and support. Qualifications: 5 years of experience in professional services, project management, or consulting roles within the cybersecurity space SOAR experience, i.e., XSOAR, Phantom Outstanding spoken and written communication skills, presentation skills, and confidence in explaining complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Python Customer facing experience Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle competing priorities while working with multiple strategic opportunities and customers. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with multiple cybersecurity solutions and experience in implementing SOC applications. Experience with Python, Bash, Golang.
