Rates: £25.00-£27.00 Per Hour (PAYE) / £35.00-£40.00ph (Umbrella/Outside IR35)

Responsibilities
* Respond to equipment breakdowns promptly and carry out scheduled maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
* Troubleshoot and resolve machine faults efficiently using technical expertise and available documentation.
* Build strong working relationships with operational teams to maximize performance and reduce downtime.
* Conduct Root Cause Analysis to improve machine reliability and support continuous improvement efforts.
* Maintain and repair machinery to high standards, proactively reducing downtime and enhancing departmental efficiency.
Ideal Candidate / Qualifications
* Ideally, you will have completed a Time-served Engineering Apprenticeship.
* Experience in FMCG/Packaging Manufacturing is advantageous but not essential.
* Strong competence in fault-finding on 3-Phase Electrical Systems, Drives, I/O PLCs, as well as Pneumatic and Hydraulic Systems.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
