Staffline is recruiting an Operations Team Manager in Castle Donington. You will be paid at an hourly rate of £14.14 for hours worked between 6am - 10pm and receive an additional 25% night allowance for hours worked between 10pm - 6am, meaning an hourly rate of £17.68. You will receive a fixed rota as detailed below, which will run until at least Sunday 25th January 2026. For the right applicant, this role could turn permanent. Ensuring consistent application of policy and advice - Actively promoting colleague engagement, ensuring colleagues feel valued and supported - Managing operational processes to improve the opportunity for productivity - Supporting Shift Managers in planning, managing and adjusting staffing levels during the shift.
