They are looking to hire a Field Sales Manager to lead a team of Outbound Field Account Executives who are empowering restaurants to simplify and scale their operations through restaurant technology.

Base salary £77,000
What you'll be doing
* Leading and coaching a team of field account executives across Scotland
* Getting out in the field daily walk-ins, live demos, and supporting your team in real time
* Driving new business growth and owning your team's revenue targets
* Forecasting and reporting through Salesforce, with a sharp eye on conversion
* Partnering cross-functionally to deliver a seamless customer experience
What we are looking for
* Proven experience leading and hiring a field sales team
* Full-cycle sales management — from prospecting to close
* Salesforce experience for reporting and forecasting
* A passion for outbound, field-first selling
* SaaS or hospitality background is a necessary
