Overview
We are recruiting for an experienced and dedicated HVAC, Air Conditioning, Gas or Mechanical Engineer to work on a resident site in the Liverpool area.
This is a temporary ongoing role working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. Pay rate is £15ph - £20ph depending on qualifications and payment method.
Responsibilities
* Complete routine PPM's and reactive maintenance to all AC, ventilation and mechanical plant systems within the site. There may be fitting and modernisation projects to complete.
* Ensure AC, ventilation and mechanical services are maintained at all times, including full PPM schedules and reactive maintenance where required. This covers work on pumps and valves, AC Splits, VAV, VRV, AHU's, wet plumbing (pipework etc) along with standard mechanical plant maintenance.
Requirements
* Hold their F-Gas 2079 safe handling of refrigerant fir AC bias applicants
* Experienced in PPM and reactive maintaining
* Be able to work to tight schedules while maintaining quality of work
* Have experience of mechanical plant maintenance
* Having experience and expertise to diagnose faults and rectify them. Ensuring all statutory requirements are maintained, etc.
* Be willing and able to clear a DBS and credit check due to nature of the facilities
* The candidate MUST display a "can-do-attitude" as they will be required to work on associated HVAC systems and other building services utilities. Therefore a good working knowledge of other disciplines would be required.
