Job Description Are you passionate about driving change and enabling business success? We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our Group HR team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the My HR Programme, a central pillar to our Group HR strategy. You will work across various HR business lines to bring new initiatives from ideation to implementation. What you'll be doing: Designing and facilitating workshops, stakeholder interviews, and discovery activities to define problem statements and elicit requirements Deriving and defining business requirements, working with other workstreams to drive problem resolutions and enable opportunities Supporting Workstream Delivery Leads in producing high-quality requirements and other BA artefacts from feasibility analysis to delivery Acting as an expert counsel to bring structure to vision and ideas, conducting feasibility to shape business cases Managing and influencing senior stakeholder alignment and communication across multiple business areas and divisions Scoping and shaping the analysis approach, identifying best practice opportunities to develop the target ideation process Capturing and documenting Target Operating Models, incorporating processes, organisation, technology, and information themes Documenting requirements and managing backlog items, liaising with technical delivery teams throughout the change lifecycle Qualifications Who we're looking for: Business analysis qualification highly desirable Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, waterfall methodologies, backlog definition, and prioritisation techniques Extensive experience in business analysis, preferably in a financial or technology industry, with multiple software delivery methodologies Proficiency in tools commonly used in Agile environments such as JIRA and Confluence The ability to work to tight deadlines as well as holding a track record of operating and delivering in large scale change programmes Ability to work independently, be highly self-motivated, and thrive in a dynamic environment Structured approach to analysis and documentation using recognised tools and techniques Confident working with ambiguity and facilitating a team to consensus on requirement decisions Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
