Job Description:
The role involves supporting the Leadership Team of the Music Service to ensure the delivery of Music Service and Music Hub programmes in line with management requirements, legislative, and corporate policy guidelines.
Responsibilities include:
Carrying out defined tasks to ensure project delivery meets high-quality standards, on time, and within budget. Escalate issues and risks to senior managers.
Taking a supported lead in delivering smaller projects or project components and participating in continuous improvement of project management practices. This includes attending out-of-school activities and managing stocks and resources to support programme delivery.
Assisting the Management Team and Business Coordinator in developing systems for data collection, analysis, and reporting, including preparing data for internal and external monitoring such as DfE data returns.
Managing engagement activities with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining and building relationships with staff and external providers.
Requirements include:
Ability to travel around Cumbria and be located within the area.
Organisational and planning experience.
Safeguarding experience.
Bonus: Interest in Arts or Music.
