You'll lead the technical design and architecture for post-sale transformation projects involving multiple systems, integrations, and stakeholders. You'll run discovery workshops, define data flows and architecture, and create documentation that supports delivery teams across CRM, marketing, operations, and finance ecosystems. This is a strategic and consultative role - ideal for someone confident translating business needs into scalable, secure, and well-documented technical solutions.
