Attendance and Inclusion Support Worker
Support young people back into learning through care, connection and consistency in a purpose‑driven school community at Carinity.
Responsibilities
* Support formal processes for student attendance and enrolment.
* Responsible for monitoring Individual Learning Plans and collaborating with the Deputy Principal and Curriculum and Inclusion Coordinator on NCCD requirements.
* Liaise with stakeholders to enhance student outcomes and model exemplary support practices.
Qualifications
* Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Counselling, Psychology, or Social Work.
* Demonstrated experience in the development, implementation and monitoring of student attendance, census and diagnostic testing.
* Experience in leading and supervising a team of Youth Workers in a challenging environment, applying effective time‑management skills.
* Possession of a valid Driver’s Licence and/or Bus Licence and suitability for Working with Children (Blue Card).
* TCI training is advantageous for this role.
