As a Commercial Account Executive in our Belfast office you will be responsible for growing and retaining a portfolio of clients. You will be supported by Account Managers, New Business Broker, Contact Manager and a dedicated Claims Team.
Key Responsibilities
* Identifying and engaging with new business prospects to produce new clients
* Overall relationship management and retention responsibility for dedicated client accounts
* Acting as a trusted advisor and business partner for our clients
* Networking with broader Lockton colleagues to collaborate across disciplines to identify added services
* Maintenance and development of Salesforce records
Candidate Profile
You should have the following experience:
* Proficient understanding of the relevant classes of business within insurance
* Ability to identify opportunities for business development and pursue with success
* Ability to build and maintain good business relationships with clients, insurers and associates
* Strong leadership skills and ability to delegate as appropriate
* Strong presentation skills in both preparation and execution
* Professional and tactful negotiation and persuasion skills to achieve objectives
