Job Description:
Responsibilities
* Work closely with the Technical Services Manager to develop processes and structures across inter divisional & wider Ineos Automotive teams.
* Assist workshops with the efficient process of repair with a ‘fix once, fix first’ approach.
* Analyze root cause issues to identify opportunities to enhance quality whilst reducing claims & repairs.
* Liaise with manufacturing and quality departments, identifying risks, improvements, and enhancements to both the vehicle and customer experience.
* Monitor all incoming customer reports, whether from Customer Services, field quality reports, warranty and quality systems, or direct assistance requests from the network & customers.
What we are looking for:
* Significant Aftersales and Technical Support Engineering experience, possibly from vehicle manufacturing or the motor trade.
* Ability to use, understand, and develop technical & aftersales tools, diagnostic equipment, and strategies for best practice.
* Ability to work in both office and field environments with a customer-focused approach to repair & service excellence.
* Recognized technical qualification preferred.
* Ability to work in a high-growth and fast-paced environment.
