Business Finance Co-Ordinator
Shift Times: Monday- Friday 37.5 per week
Pay Rate: £137.00 per day
Location: HPC Site, TA5 1UD, must be able to travel to Cannington and SDC (hybrid working available).
Job Purpose / Overview
The Business Finance Co-Ordinator will support the effective and efficient provision of professional support services for the CommOps area, including but not limited to, procurement support, supply chain support, and financial support. The job holder is expected to act primarily on their own initiative ensuring the smooth operation of the office and effectively managing stakeholder requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage stakeholder relationships with Commercial, Finance and CommOps
* Prepare meeting packs and record and produce minutes for key business meetings
* Maintain data/records so that information is readily available and easily accessible
* Maintain confidentiality of all information
* Respond to phone/email enquiries to/ from wide range of external parties etc
* Collate and process Financial information.
