Job Title: Managed Services Solution ArchitectRole Overview:We are seeking an experienced Managed Services Solution Architect to lead the build of value-centric solutions, driving revenue growth and market share for our organization in the EMEA region.This role involves demonstrating an innovative and results-oriented approach to support the establishment of our company as a Managed Services Leader by architecting innovative Managed Service solutions that conceive and sustain high levels of business value for our channel partners and their end-customers.Main Responsibilities:Centralize market feedback and collaborate with regional and country leaders for establishing and prioritizing managed service development initiatives.Define the design of the to-be-managed services and establish key requirements, technical set-up, and estimate associated level of efforts and costs for shortlisted initiatives.Define and deploy the technical and functional enhancement roadmap of our managed service platform (Arrow Xpand).Define services KPIs and monitor performance of the Manage Service platform and third-party delivery partners for ensuring SLAs are met.Work with development resources to define the right delivery approach, including processes, platform requirements, and partners.Lead technical discussions during key customer workshops, and act as a technical expert for supporting the conversion of managed service opportunities into tangible projects and sales wins.Provide technical input for educating our sales workforce on how to position the Manage Service and build customer value, driving revenue growth.Provide input into and collaborate with the Service Solution Manager for establishing the value proposition and service pricing.Requirements:12+ years' experience in leading, implementing, and deploying innovative managed service initiatives.Established track records of collaborating with clients for driving managed service business value and closing deals from a solution architecture standpoint.Servicedesign, integration, implementation, and lifecycle management, including development of performance metrics.Experience working within a matrix organization.Product management or portfolio management experience preferred.Prior experience around driving GTM plan and business strategy for managed services offerings for SaaS products.Strong attention to detail.Strong communications skills (verbal and written) - must be able to communicate at a business and technical level with internal teams, customers, partners, and executives.Track record creating product from concept to market success.Experience with managing a network of third-party delivery partners and external development resources.Benefits:Competitive employee compensation package.Reliable and trusting work environment.Cooperative team with flat structures and communication.Professional and personal development.We are an equal opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive and diverse working environment by providing equal employment opportunities for all qualified persons.
