Duties and responsibilities of the marketing manager:
Develop and deliver marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives, managing campaigns on time, within budget, and against KPIs. Build and manage brand awareness, including guidelines, marketing collateral, and all digital content across websites, social media, and other channels. Plan, organise, and represent the business at exhibitions, networking events, brand launches, and award entries. Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and trend monitoring to inform strategy and maintain competitive advantage. Ensure compliance with GDPR, copyright, and regulatory requirements, and manage the marketing budget effectively. Collaborate with internal teams across business units, advising on marketing strategies for new projects and supporting additional initiatives as required. Qualifications and requirements for the marketing manager:
