Brook Street Recruitment are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Customer Service Helpdesk Administrator. If you have vast administrative experience and are comfortable in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum
Shifts: Monday - Friday (Rotation)
* 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
* 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
* 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Location: Peterborough - Hybrid (4 days in the office, 1 day from home)

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality customer service and support to internal and external clients.
* Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions, escalating as necessary.
* Assist less experienced team members and provide guidance where needed.
* Maintain clear and accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
* Ensure efficient and effective administrative support within the helpdesk.
Essential Requirements:
* Extensive administrative experience (the more, the better).
* Helpdesk or technical support experience is preferred.
* Ability to hit the ground running and provide guidance to less experienced colleagues.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* A positive, problem-solving attitude.
