£40,000 – £50,000 base + 50% bonus

A VC-backed DeFi startup is building the institutional gateway to blockchain-based finance who automate and optimise DeFi yield strategies using AI making digital capital allocation simple, secure, and scalable for allocators.
And now they’re looking for an SDR to supercharge their founder-led sales motion.
This isn’t a boilerplate SDR role.
You’ll sit alongside the CEO qualifying inbound, working warm founder leads, and generating momentum across multiple platforms through an omni-channel approach.
Think of it as commercial engineering.
You'll treat the pipeline like a product: structured, iterative, and built to scale.
You’ll shadow live sales calls, write follow-ups, book meetings, run briefs, test copy, learn what converts and have real influence in how they talk to the market.
You’ll be selling to sophisticated allocators: HNWIs, family offices, fund managers etc.
So, if you’ve sold fintech, crypto, or finance products into that crowd before, we want to speak with you.
You’ll want this role for the exposure, the autonomy, and the clear path to AE.
To be considered, you’ll need:
* 1–3 years’ experience in SDR, BDR, or similar (fintech/crypto)
* A structured operator’s brain, bringing order to chaos
* Impeccable written comms
* you spot buyer intent early
Bonus structure: 25% on qualified meetings, 75% on deals closed.
