Class 1 Personnel are looking for a receptionist to cover peak period for approximately 8-weeks. Location: Milton Keynes Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday: 09:00 hrs to 17:00 hrs £12.60 per hour Admin and Secretarial The Receptionist will be responsible for: * Greeting visitors, providing face to face and remote information and signposting * Booking and preparing meeting rooms * Call handing and redirection * Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable * Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook) What do you bring to the role? * Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite * Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers) * Professional attitude and appearance * Ability to communicate at ease * Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise * Excellent organisational skills * Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks * Customer service attitude If you believe that you have the skill set and love to greet people, then please apply for this temporary Receptionist position in the Milton Keynes area
