As the General Services Manager, you will lead and manage the delivery of integrated facilities management services at one or more client sites in the Gloucester area. You will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across soft and hard FM services, driving client satisfaction, compliance, and continuous improvement in line with the companys values and contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Management: Oversee the daily delivery of facilities services including cleaning, catering, waste, security, reception, maintenance, and other soft/hard FM functions.
2. Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a diverse team of site-based service staff, supervisors, and contractors, ensuring high levels of performance and engagement.
3. Client Relationship: Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring service levels meet contractual KPIs and SLAs.
4. Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure services are delivered in line with the company's policies and UK regulations including HSE, COSHH, and risk assessments.
