IFA Administrator
* Annual Salary: £29k - £33k
* Location: Penarth, Hybrid (2 days in office)

We are seeking a high-calibre Planning Support Administrator who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and thrives in a dynamic environment. Day-to-day of the role:
* Prioritize customer satisfaction in every task, ensuring an excellent level of service.
* Learn and integrate core values and knowledge of our products/services into daily activities.
* Efficiently manage the onboarding of new clients and servicing existing clients.
* Build and maintain effective relationships with customers, advisers, and paraplanners within your immediate POD.
* Contribute positively to team morale and energy, demonstrating strong teamwork skills.
* Communicate effectively with clients through various mediums such as telephone and email.
* Participate in projects within the business as needed, showing initiative and a willingness to challenge the status quo.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Experience in a financial planning environment.
* CII or RO part-qualified preferred.
* Familiarity with investment products such as ISAs, Pensions, and Bonds.
* Proficient in using CRM systems.
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
* Self-motivated with a strong commitment to personal development.
