Your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions including purchases, sales, remortgages, and transfers
* Advising clients with professionalism, clear communication, and commercial awareness
* Ensuring timely and efficient progress of cases, liaising with clients, lenders, and other professionals
* Working closely with colleagues to provide seamless and high-quality client service
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
The ideal candidate will be:
* A qualified solicitor, paralegal, or graduate with a keen interest or experience in residential conveyancing
* Organized, proactive, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
* Committed to delivering excellent client care with a professional approach
* Comfortable with flexible working arrangements, including one day remote working and the rest in the Ottery office
