PatrolGuard is a professionally structured security company focused on high standards and long-term client relationships.
We operate mobile security across Warwickshire, delivering professional patrols, lock/unlock services and alarm response to commercial clients.
This role is for someone who takes pride in doing things properly.
You will be trusted with client keys, vehicles, alarm codes and access to high-value premises. You will work independently. You will be accountable for the quality of your patrols and reports.
If you are looking for an easy shift where you can cut corners, this is not the role for you.

What You'll Be Doing
* Carrying out scheduled mobile patrols across multiple client sites.
* Locking and unlocking buildings in line with strict site instructions.
* Responding professionally to alarm activations where required.
* Using modern digital systems and apps to complete accurate reports and logs.
* Representing PatrolGuard professionally at all times.
You will be measured on reliability, standards and consistency.
What We Expect
* Full UK driving licence (essential).
* Valid SIA licence (or willingness to obtain one — support may be available for the right candidate).
* Able to work alone, make sound decisions and follow instructions precisely.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Punctual, dependable and presentable.
* Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
* Able to drive between multiple sites during a shift.
* Physically capable of carrying out foot patrols and securing premises.
Security experience is preferred, but attitude and professionalism matter more than years served.
Successful candidates will be subject to screening in line with industry standards, including employment history and background checks.

Important
This is a Monday–Friday evening commitment. Once rota'd, shifts are expected to be worked unless agreed otherwise in advance.
