QUALIFIED PROPERTY LAWYER (CONVEYANCING)
PERMANENT POSITION
Mon-Thurs: 9am – 5:30pm / Fri: 9-5pm
Salary negotiable, depending on qualifications and experience

We are recruiting for QUALIFIED PROPERTY LAWYER (CONVEYANCING) to join our client on a permanent basis.
Located in the historic town of Bridport, you will be joining a well-established company and friendly team. As a Conveyancing Fee Earner, your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:-
* Managing an interesting and diverse portfolio of residential conveyancing.
* Some commercial conveyancing experience would be preferable but not essential.
* Providing precise, practical, and effective advice and support to clients (and where appropriate other members within the conveyancing team).
* Ensuring efficient client representation while maintaining the highest standards of service.
* The experience you’ll bring to the team
What we need from you:
* CV showing: A qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive/Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of two years + PQE or FCILEx/Licensed Conveyancer status. Strong interest in residential conveyancing. A good level of experience of acting in residential conveyancing matters. Preferably some experience in commercial conveyancing but this is not a pre-requisite of any application.
