Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hpw) working on a rota basis
Pay £12.61 per hour (£24,664 per annum), and great benefits including Health Cash Plan

As one of our Support Coordinators, you’ll be at the heart of supporting our customers who have complex needs to develop their skills to live more independently in the community. Typical day as a Lead Support Worker (known by us as Coordinator)
1. Creating support plans with your customers and coordinating our small team of Support Workers working to the plans.
2. Customer group that you will be working with are all adult females who have experienced or are at risk of experiencing homelessness or rough sleeping.
3. Helping customers with daily living activities such as making meals, shopping, budgeting, maintaining their tenancy and moving onto independent accommodation if they are able.
4. Carrying out risk assessments, support planning, goal setting and regular reviews.
5. Cuppas, chats and catch ups. There’s no rushing from one customer to the next here! Plenty of time to collaborate with colleagues too.

You bring
6. Passion to support our customers to live their best life, working collaboratively with an eye for detail.
7. Experience of coordinating and assessing customer referrals.
8. The ability to work on your own initiative, remain calm under pressure and have a resilient approach

Job details
9. Where we’re flexible with you, we do need to meet the needs of our customers. That may mean adapting your start or finishing times on occasion.
10. Working on a rota that has the earliest start of 7am and the latest finish of 8.30pm. But don't worry, there are plenty of days off in between to recharge those batteries.
11. Able to use technology for creating and updating support plans, complete online learning and to collaborate with colleagues.
12. You’ll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that.
