Role Title - Retail Assistant - Leeds Crown Point - 4 hours per week
Due to the nature of the role, please ensure you have access to your own vehicle and a full driving licence.
Shift pattern - 2 MON and 2 FRI

Our Retail Assistants provide face-to-face contact and merchandising expertise within our retail stores. We offer:
* £11.64 per hour
* Free jewellery – from £25-£55 per month!
* Flexible working hours – you work the hours anytime during the day which suits you
You will be based at Leeds Crown Point but may be required to travel to different stores within your zone. A full valid UK driving license and access to your own vehicle are essential. We are looking for candidates who can start as soon as possible.

You will work alongside a Team Leader who will provide coaching and ongoing support. Being tech-savvy is desirable, as we use various apps to streamline work processes.

You should be customer-focused, friendly, polite, professional, and positive.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Merchandising products according to visual guidelines
* Receiving and displaying new stock
* Setting up promotional activities
* Collaborating with the host management teams to build relationships and identify sales opportunities

Requirements:
* Experience in a customer-facing role is required; experience with fashion brands is a plus
* Sales or retail experience is preferred
* Access to an Apple or Android smartphone with operating systems Android 8.1+ or iOS 13.4+ is required
