We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and possess skills in catering, bartending, and food preparation. Duties
* Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression.
* Assist with seating arrangements and manage reservations efficiently.
* Take orders accurately and provide recommendations on menu items, including food and beverage pairings.
* Prepare and serve food and drinks while adhering to food safety regulations.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining tables, bar, and waiting areas.
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
* Support catering events as required, ensuring all aspects are executed flawlessly.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred but not essential.
* Skills in bartending or food preparation are advantageous.
* Strong understanding of food safety practices is necessary.
* Excellent communication skills with a friendly disposition towards guests and team members alike.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and helping others is essential.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
