Paint Operative / Finisher- day shift -£13.19 per hour -- Swindon

Our client is located in the Swindon area, easily accessible by public transport.
Requirements:
* Experience using painting tools, including spray equipment, hand tools, and power tools
* Good mechanical understanding of equipment operation and maintenance
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
* Effective communication skills and a team-oriented approach
Hours and pay:
* Monday to Friday, 05:30am - 14:00pm
* £13.19 per hour (PAYE).
Job Responsibilities for our client in Swindon:
* Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and filling imperfections
* Mix and match paints to achieve required colours and finishes
* Apply coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment, ensuring a consistent finish
* Maintain tools and equipment, including both hand and power tools
* Assist with assembly of components where required for painting processes
* Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times
* Work collaboratively with team members to meet deadlines and production targets
