* Assisting partners with complex cases.

* Managing files. Drafting contracts, checking titles, preparing initial reports to clients on initial paperwork and documentation.

* Applying for and reporting on local searches, index map searches and any other relevant searches.

* Undertaking and confirming exchange of contracts and advising parties
