We are currently recruiting for a Airport Business Lounge Supervisor to join our team based at Causeway Lounge, Belfast International Airport. This is a great opportunity to join a world leading facilities management company. Coordinate with catering, cleaning, and maintenance teams. Monitor passenger flow and manage seating efficiently. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations. Supervise, support, and motivate lounge staff. Prepare rotas and manage staffing levels. Deliver coaching and support training needs. Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally. Ensure brand and airline partner standards are met. Conduct quality checks across all service areas. Manage stock levels and complete ordering tasks. Prepare reports, logs, and daily operational updates. The Person Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Customer-focused mindset with a calm, professional manner. Problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Good organisational and administrative capability. Previous supervisory or team leader experience in hospitality, aviation, or retail. Experience in premium or VIP customer service environments.
