Your new role
As Interim ER Manager, you will manage a range of disciplinary and grievances cases as well as flexible working requests and performance management for a UK based retail population. You will also build relationships with stakeholders to provide advice and guidance as well as manage organisational change, restructures and exits.
What you'll need to succeed
CIPD qualified or equivalent, the successful candidate will have worked as an Employee Relations Specialist for a retail or similar fast pacedmercial business where you will have managed a range ofplex ER casework. You will demonstrate excellent knowledge of UK employment law and working in a timely manner to provide successful resolution of cases adhering to legal andpany policies. It is essential that you can start a new role on short notice and canmit to working 3 days per week in London for the duration of the contract. For the right person, this could be a permanent role.
