About The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

* Communicate effectively with customers and stay aware of potential future opportunities.
* Ensure internal and external updates with accurate information and documentation as required.
* Liaise with ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Contract Manager or Cluster Managers.
* Update GPA dedicated documentation, including organization charts, H&S documents, and provide updates for GPA / OCS meetings.
* Support note-taking during various meetings as required.
* Attend WIP calls and provide information for the finance teams working on GPA.
* Maintain communication with Cluster Managers as needed.
* Maintain good communication with clients, site-based teams, suppliers, and subcontractors; produce high-quality documentation, statistical data, and customer reports.
* Provide on-site support for general inquiries from customers and site teams.

Essential Hiring Criteria:

* Administrative experience in a busy, pressurized environment.
* Attention to detail.
* Effective communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Access, and PowerPoint.
* Advanced skills in Excel.
* Excellent telephone manner and strong interpersonal skills.
* Strong written and oral communication skills.
* High discretion when handling confidential information.
* Ability to adapt communication to different audiences and produce effective written documents and reports.
* Ability to develop, maintain, and manage relationships with various stakeholders.

Security Clearance:

* This role requires Security Clearance through Home Office Vetting.
