Job Description
Key responsibilities will include:
Acting as a trusted advisor on employee relations matters including absence, performance, disciplinary and grievance casesCoaching and supporting managers to drive effective people management and engagementSupporting end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processesContributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and proceduresSupporting HR projects aligned to growth, culture and continuous improvementMaintaining accurate HR data and providing insight through reportingThe Successful Applicant
A successful HR Advisor should have:
Proven experience in a generalist HR Advisor roleStrong knowledge of UK employment legislation and ER case managementAbility to build strong relationships across operational teamsProactive, solutions-focused with a hands-on approachCIPD qualification (or working towards) desirableWhat's on Offer
Competitive salary up to £45,000 per annum.
