The Role
As a Lettings Negotiator, you'll play a key part in supporting landlords and tenants throughout the rental process while helping to grow and maintain the company's property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Building strong relationships with prospective landlords and tenants
- Arranging and conducting property viewings
- Matching applicants with suitable properties
- Negotiating tenancy agreements
- Preparing tenancy documentation and referencing
- Managing renewals and tenancy amendments
- Supporting compliance and legal processes
- Handling telephone and email enquiries
- Assisting with maintenance coordination where required
- Delivering a high level of customer service throughout the lettings journey
- Helping to develop and expand the lettings portfolio
About You
You'll be someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
We're looking for someone with:
- Previous lettings or estate agency experience (desirable but not essential)
- Transferable skills from sales, hospitality, customer service or administration
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask
- A professional, friendly and proactive approach
- Good attention to detail
- Confidence using IT systems and email
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A full UK driving licence (essential)
