About the Role:
Are you a passionate and dedicated Early Career Teacher (ECT) ready to begin your journey in education? Vision for Education is working in partnership with a welcoming and supportive primary school in Ashford that is seeking to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic ECT to join their team from September 2025.
This is a fantastic opportunity to secure your first teaching role in a nurturing environment that values creativity, professional growth, and pupil development. You will be supported by an experienced and encouraging SLT, a dedicated mentor, and a vibrant teaching team.
The Role:
1. Full-time classroom teacher position in KS1 or KS2 (depending on school needs and your strengths)
2. Plan, deliver and assess engaging lessons that inspire young learners
3. Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating learning environment
4. Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and carers to support student progress and wellbeing
Requirements:
5. Hold (or be on track to achieve) QTS by September 2025
6. Enthusiastic, reflective, and eager to develop as a teacher
7. Able to create a nurturing classroom environment that promotes learning and wellbeing
8. Strong communication and organisational skills
