We are looking for a Receptionist/Administrator for one of our clients based in the North Hykeham area West of Lincoln.
Please note that you will need your own transport to reach this client
Reception/Administration experience will definitely be needed for this role.
The company is a specialist in their field and are seeking an experienced administrator to join them to undertake a variety of tasks including:
- Completing general administrative tasks.
- Answering and routing phone calls professionally.
- Managing appointment schedules and calendars. Handling incoming and outgoing mail.
- Transferring calls to relevant contacts at the company.
- Answering queries regarding the company products - training provided.
- Providing best experience and customer service to all customers and visitors.
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday - 8am-5pm but they can be flexible if needed in working hours
£27,000-£30,000 per annum - Depending on experience
