Flourish Education is currently recruiting a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to join a supportive Primary School near Henley-In-Arden. They are seeking a passionate and experienced SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils across both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. The role will involve delivering one-to-one support, working with small groups, and running targeted interventions for children with a range of complex needs. This is a full-time position to start as soon as possible, with the opportunity to continue on in September until the end of the academic year for the right person. Required Skills and Experience for this SEND Teaching Assistant role: Teaching Assistant Level 3 Qualification Ability to liaise with the class teacher, SENDCO, and other agencies to meet the needs of the pupils. Build effective relationships with pupils and staff. Experience supporting children with SEND and SEMH. Experience within UK primary schools. Effectively manage the behaviour and engagement of the children.
