To thrive in this role, you’ll bring: Experience supporting people with autism and/or learning disabilities, and understanding barriers to meaningful activity. Familiarity with key health and safety responsibilities. Skills or qualifications to deliver specific activities (e.g., rebound therapy). NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent diploma.
