As a Personal Assistant - Leadership Team, you will you’ll provide high-level administrative and project support to the Director of Housing and Communities, Head of Housing, Head of Neighbourhoods, Head of Housing Projects, and Head of Safe Communities. You will be joining the organisation at an exciting time, supporting the senior leadership team who lead on providing a wide range of housing services from letting homes to creation of safe and sustainable neighbourhoods and communities. The role promises to be interesting and varied. Your responsibilities will include: Attending and minuting team and board meetings, and following up on action points Drafting and distributing high-quality papers and presentations for the regional board Coordinating meetings with internal and external stakeholders Acting as a key point of contact across the region, ensuring professional communication Planning and delivering events such as community forums, staff briefings, and regional meetings Managing complex diaries, travel arrangements, expenses, and correspondence Supporting key projects by tracking milestones, preparing reports, and coordinating meetings Applications are welcomed for the role of Personal Assistant - Leadership Team from those with: Proven experience in executive support, administration, or project coordination Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines Confidence in engaging with stakeholders at all levels Event planning and management experience (highly desirable) Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms An interest in the housing sector *Please note, this role does require regular travel between our offices in East Anglia, working Monday-Friday 37 hrs per week.
