Main Duties & Responsibilities for the Residential Solicitor role: Managing residential property transactions from inception through to completion. Delivering outstanding client care with professionalism and responsiveness. Supporting team members by efficiently managing workload and priorities. Supervising and training junior colleagues to foster their professional development. Facilitating the adoption of new technologies to streamline processes and boost efficiency. Representing the firm at networking events to enhance reputation and build valuable professional relationships.
