Salary: SCP 28 £39,152 to SCP 36 £47,181 pa Career Grade (Bar at £40,777, £42,839 & £45,091 (Inclusive of Retention Payments, Subject to Review March 2028))

Responsibilities
* Work within a highly regarded, efficient and caring service as part of a social work team.
* You will be based at the MarketPlace alongside colleagues in Leaving Care, Kinship, Fostering, Virtual School and Participation.
* Benefit from strong guidance and oversight with access to a visible and approachable management team.
* Maintain a caseload of no more than 17 children at any one time.
* Contribute to relational and restorative practice to achieve the best outcomes for children and young people.
* Engage in our career progression framework, including progression portfolios and access to post qualifying training (including practice education).

Requirements and Additional Information
