UHNW / Full-Time Private Assistant
Location: London - You must also live in London.
We are seeking an exceptionally organised, proactive, and discreet Full-Time Private Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a private UHNW family.
This is a pivotal role requiring a highly dependable individual who can anticipate needs, manage multiple priorities with grace, and maintain the utmost confidentiality.
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter with a 'can-do' attitude, capable of managing both professional and personal administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of daily operations.
You will act as a central point of contact, coordinating schedules, managing communications, and handling a wide array of responsibilities with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Extensive Diary and Calendar Management: Proactive scheduling, rescheduling, and coordination of complex personal and professional appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries (domestic and international) for the family.
* Travel Coordination: Researching, booking, and managing all aspects of travel, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and visa applications.
* Communication Management: Screening and managing all correspondence; drafting professional communications on behalf of the principal.
* Household & Property Management: Assisting with the coordination of household staff, contractors, maintenance, and general property administration.
* Errands & Personal Tasks: Running diverse personal errands, including but not limited to shopping, gift purchasing, booking appointments (children extra curricular, personal care, medical)etc
* Event Planning: Assisting with the organisation of family life, private events, dinners, or social gatherings.
* Research & Project Support: Conducting research on various topics, preparing presentations, and assisting with ad-hoc projects as required.
* Discretion & Confidentiality: Upholding the highest levels of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Ideally some proven experience as a Private Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Personal Assistant supporting a high-net-worth individual or senior executive.
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills with an acute attention to detail.
* Proactive and resourceful with the ability to anticipate needs and problem-solve independently.
* High level of discretion, integrity, and trustworthiness.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a small team (if applicable).
* Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and schedules 24.7 approach required
* Fluent in English (additional languages a bonus Russian / Ukrainian).
