Group CMMS Project Manager (Maintenance Reliability) Multi-site | Hybrid Working | Northern Ireland Hunter Savage is delighted to be partnering with a leading, well-established FMCG organisation to recruit a Group CMMS Project Manager. This is a key strategic hire, offering the opportunity to lead a group-wide maintenance transformation programme across multiple manufacturing sites. You'll drive standardisation of maintenance processes, improve asset reliability, and embed a data-driven maintenance culture across the Group. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end CMMS implementation across multiple sites Develop and standardise maintenance workflows (PMs, work orders, asset data, failure codes) Establish asset hierarchies, data standards, and governance structures Oversee asset data migration, validation, and ongoing data quality Create and maintain maintenance documentation (SOPs, job plans, BOMs) Align spare parts and inventory processes with Procurement and Engineering teams Deliver training and support to drive system adoption across sites Build KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to track maintenance performance Support reliability initiatives (RCA, FMECA, PM optimisation) Act as a key driver of change and continuous improvement across the business What we're looking for : Proven experience implementing or managing a CMMS (Fiix highly desirable) Strong understanding of maintenance planning, asset management, and engineering workflows Experience working across multi-site or complex environments Demonstrated success in change management and system adoption Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Strong project management and organisational ability Right to work in the UK Desirable: Background in FMCG, food manufacturing, or 24/7 production environments Knowledge of TPM, RCM, or reliability engineering principles Exposure to digital transformation or IT/OT integration projects What's on offer : Hybrid and flexible working model Competitive salary and benefits package Excellent career development opportunities Supportive and collaborative culture This is an excellent opportunity for a Multi -site Project Engineer or Multi-site Engineering / Maintenance Engineer / planner with experience in manufacturing and food production environments who wants to play a key role in improving maintenance reliability and operational excellence and efficiency.
