Demonstrate expertise in assembly processes, including accurate assessment of time and resource requirements. Collaborate with the production team to ensure engineering processes meet industry standards and support operational excellence. Apply advanced knowledge of welding techniques-including spot, projection, MIG, TIG, and robotic welding-to support process development and troubleshooting. Requirements: Degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience. Management qualification or BEng in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent time-served role. Proven ability to implement best practices in manufacturing processes, material utilisation, and tooling. Strong understanding of assembly processes and accurate assessment of time and resource requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
