Diamond Logistics Gatwick is seeking an experienced B2B Logistics Sales Executive to drive new business growth across courier, same-day delivery, overnight parcel, freight and fulfilment services.
This role is ideal for a proven logistics sales professional who is commercially sharp, target-driven and confident generating their own pipeline. We are not looking for corporate passengers — we are looking for a self-starter who thrives in a performance-led environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate new B2B business across Surrey and surrounding areas
* Prospect via cold calling, networking, LinkedIn and referrals
* Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline
* Conduct client meetings (face-to-face and virtual)
* Prepare competitive logistics quotations
* Negotiate commercial terms and close deals
* Achieve and exceed monthly revenue and margin targets
* Accurately manage CRM and sales forecasting
* Work closely with operations to ensure smooth client onboarding
Essential Requirements
* Proven B2B logistics sales experience (essential) – courier, freight, transport or fulfilment
* Demonstrated track record of achieving revenue targets
* Strong prospecting and new business development skills
* Commercial awareness with understanding of margin and pricing
* Confident communicator and negotiator
* Self-motivated and highly organised
* Full UK driving licence
Desirable
* Knowledge of multi-carrier logistics solutions
* Experience selling same-day courier or e-commerce fulfilment services
* Existing local business network in Surrey
