Project Manager – Healthcare & Capital Projects Location: London | Consultancy / NHS Framework Projects
Work Model: Hybrid – Site/Office/Home Based
We are seeking a motivated Project Manager to join our client’s growing team, delivering high-profile healthcare and capital development projects. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in project delivery who is ready to step up and take ownership of schemes that make a real difference to communities.
What you’ll be doing:
· Managing healthcare and capital projects through all RIBA stages, from business case to handover.
· Leading stakeholder engagement, monthly reporting, and client presentations.
· Overseeing contract administration (NEC, JCT), procurement, and cost control.
· Driving project performance to meet time, quality, and budget objectives.
What we’re looking for:
· Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction, healthcare, or public-sector projects.
· Good knowledge of NEC and/or JCT contracts.
· Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients, consultants, and contractors.
