Contract type: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract with potential to become permanent

About the Role

As a Care Team Leader you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of care are consistently delivered throughout the night, Working closely with the Deputy Manager you will:

1. Lead and coordinate the night shift team with confidence and compassion
2. Allocate duties and support staff to deliver person centred care
3. Oversee safe and effective medication administration
4. Carry out care assessments and update care plans
5. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards
6. Act as a role model motivating and inspiring your team

Your leadership will directly impact the wellbeing dignity and happiness of our residents making every shift meaningful

Victoria Court in Ilkeston is home to well trained and helpful staff with rooms for up to 40 residents. At Anchor, we pride ourselves in providing 24-hour care and specialised services for elderly people, the beauty of our grounds, the quality of our catering and our engaging activities we deliver.
